About the founder
I am a customer insights researcher with a passion for understanding people and delivering actionable solutions. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredible global organisations, generating insights to drive meaningful business impact.
Arbitrium was born from my passion for understanding the whys behind consumer choice. Over the past 15 years, this passion has proven invaluable in contexts where Big Data is limited - particularly, for new products that are yet to be tested in the market or completely new markets. Across my career span, I have used a range of disciplines in commercial and policy applications, from quick surveys to advanced experimental techniques.
I have built up Afterpay’s Research and Strategy org from the ground up as Global Director, and led numerous research programs, including after its acquisition by CashApp/ Block. Before Afterpay, I ran Arbitrium for 18 months, leveraging my Ph.D. in Choice Modelling to generate actionable, strategic solutions.
